Recently, we took a closer look at the Pretty Little Liars Season 3 episode titles in order to see if there is anything we could generate about any theories about what to expect, and now, we just have another title to add to the list. There's more so don't fret and watch Pretty Little Liars Season 3 Episode 1: It Happened That Night online when the premiere episode airs on June 5, 2012. 

Everybody seems a bit speechless when it comes to predicting what this could mean in terms of plot, but if we had to guess, let’s rather say this would be a Mona-centric episode. And for those of you who still have faith in the Alison's Twin theory the mere mention of “crazy” people might excite you. In the books, we discover that Alison's (Sasha Pieterse) twin Courtney murdered Ali, and had been posing as her all along. After Fox announced that Dame Britney Spears and Demi Lovato would be judging X Factor starting in the fall, it was also released that another week of the network’s shows, “Glee” would be having a Britney tribute in its upcoming fourth season. This would never be a surprise because La Spears is definitely one heck of a great artist! Now that’s what you call network synergy at its finest. Watch Glee Season 3 Episode 22 online this coming May 22, 2012. 

And with Glee moved to Thursday next season, which will follow X Factor, that only means the show’s Britney tribute will be the second episode of the fourth season airing right after the star takes center stage as one of the judges.  

The network didn’t let the fact that Glee already had a Britney tribute stop from going forward, because this episode will reportedly be very different from the Britney tribute which aired at the start of season 2. If you could still remember that previous episode, one of Glee’s highest rated ones focused on Brittany S. Pierce and her dental anesthesia hallucinations about the famous pop star. Spears also had a cameo role the last time around, yet so far, it looks like she won’t be returning for part 2. 

 "Glee's" season two "Britney/Brittany" episode had five singles chart on the Billboard Hot 100: "Stronger" (No. 53), "I'm A Slave 4 U" (No. 52), "Toxic" (No. 16), "...Baby One More Time" (No. 54), and "Me Against the Music" (No. 56). Out of the 203 songs the Glee Cast has charted on the Hot 100, the "Toxic" cover is one of only 11 to reach the top 20.

Fox has also announced that their Upfronts presentation this Monday entailed Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson will both be guest stars on the show next season. That morning, Chris Colfer unintentionally revealed on Live with Kelly that SJP would be playing his character Kurt’s mentor, while Hudson will be expected to have a similar role with Lea Michele’s character Rachel.

Sunday nights will all be well full of good television, yet let’s be honest, they’re all about Mad Men and Game of Thrones. And whatever other onscreen developments occur elsewhere that evening, many TV fans still spent half their nights with all things Westeros-Draper on their minds.

So it can’t be avoided that one just have to notice how the AMC and HBO epics are, especially for the present season, and that’s just not because both shows have startlingly similar roster of characters. Both even have a very entertaining wily older man or resourceful young girl duos like Arya Stark and Tywin Lannister on game of Thrones, and Roger Sterling/Sally Draper on Mad men. Yet the similarities go deep, actually.

Now both shows feature perfectly constructed costumes and those elaborate sets meant to transport all of their fans into the other worlds, and they do so successfully, week after week.

But these fine cable dramas are so much more than the sum of their exceptional production values: They're complex and realistically contradictory explorations of the games people play to get ahead or to just hang on to what they've got. At least these people, some of them, anyway – are facing the future wit and wine or maybe even highballs. Both "Mad Men" and "Game of Thrones" get dark, but they both can be damn funny as well. Let's face it: Half the reason we tune in is to hear Roger Sterling's latest witticism and see Tyrion sarcastically tell off (and ideally slap) his royal nephew.

There are many other similarities between the shows, especially when it comes to their fascinating characters.

For all of those slobbering Game of Thrones fans out there, this quite fictional brew should do 

the trick. You could imagine it would be one heck of a porter or a stout – some of that winter beer that you can drink warm if needed be, closer to the fire. Dark and nutrient rich. The King’s Landing Royal Brewery would specialized more in Red Ales. Lannister Gold would be one popular brew in Lannisport, although it’s too expensive for most of the citizens of the net-infamous Seven Kingdoms. The Baratheon Brothers Brewing Co. would specialize in Pale Ales which Stannis would have actually brew as bitter and hoppy as possible. Robert and Renly by the way are just too impatient to actually do the hard work and toil themselves. 

 Now there’s the Dornish, which would scoff at beer, of course, preferring dark red spicy wine. Watch Game of Thrones Season 2 Episode 9: Blackwater online this coming May 27, 2012.  

Tully and Tyrell Brewing would also be well-known for a lot of its summer ales, wheat beers, and fruit-infused concoctions, popular among the knights of summer and their friends. Not to forget the Greyjoys, who have naturally would say no to brew their own beer, preferring to pay the Iron Price and take everyone’s else’s. and way back when the Targaryens were still in charge, Wildfire Brewing Ltd. Was a popular destination for the mad kings who are eager to sprout fire into their vassals and maybe even spark violent rebellions.

Even the closest readers of the novel versions of the series would have been surprised at the conclusion of the latest episode of Game of Thrones, especially when Daenerys Targaryen stumbled upon her entire khalasar murdered and her baby dragons stolen. Worse, her handmaiden Irri, played by actress Amrita Amcharia is among those who stole demise on the show, despite the character being much alive in the third part of the book. No one knows if this is just a tactic to give the dragon queen and khaleesi Dany a stronger and more concrete reason to gatecrash into the House of the Undying, in order to reclaim her dragons and maybe even avenge her people. We’ll have to stay put and wait, and watch Game of Thrones Season 2 Episode 9: Blackwater online when the next episode of the show happens this coming May 27, 2012.

But still, as we wait for what will happen next, let’s see how Amrita Acharia chatted with us about her own character’s death, paying with the little dragons, and maybe even starting a Dothraki speaking club. She says she’s a bit surprised about what just happened to her character, and the whole of the khalasar. The actress who played Irri also says that she’s also going to miss being on the set, their three girls, their little group, and everything else.

When asked if she’s going to miss speaking Dothraki and if there’s any other way she could use it, she tests the effectiveness of a language club, like teaching people to speak Dothraki. It was also reported that Kit Harirngton and Richard Madden said that they’d love to swap theories on the set. Acharia shares her own ending theory. “I think Dany will, because she’s the best. I’m biased of course, but she kicks some serious ass and she deserves it, because she’s been through a lot, and she really wants it. Plus the fact that she’s a good queen. She cares about her own people, and she’s regal and honest. You need a winning queen if you want to take that throne for yourself, you know.”  Well, even if her whole khalasar is now gone, we’ll still have to tune in to what’s the next episode of the show and watch Game of thrones Season 2 Episode 9 online when it hits your small screens.

Now if you have seen last week’s Game of Thrones episode which felt like black and white television, we are going to thrust you back to Technicolor this time when you watch Game of Thrones Season 2 Episode 8 online this coming May 20, 2012. So many were decapitated, arms were pulled and ripped apart from bodies, bowels were even removed forcibly. Can you handle that while eating your pasta? And when turmoil wasn’t at all erupting on Westeros, we also witnessed where the loyalties of our surviving characters really lie.

 “What killed him?” Lord Tywin asked his cup bearer of her late father, who it bears repeating he does not know is poor Ned Stark.

“Loyalty,” the wise-beyond-her-years Arya Stark replied.

Of course, Ned Stark lost his head back in season one for being just and loyal to the King and the truth. A trait he failed to inculcate in his prisoner and ward Theon Greyjoy.

So where do we go from here, and where to begin with the Star ward’s scheming takeover of Winterfell. And don’t forget about the morbid hack job he did on Ser Rordrik, who lost his head in a terribly gruesome way but not before he left these words, “God help you Theon Greyjoy. You are truly lost.”

Yes indeed even if Theon’s ocean has swallowed his former home, and as sage Bran’s dream has ever predicted, he is ruthless. He even casted off the people who took care of him in exchange for blood relatives who think he’s nothing but a worthless, stinking pig.

 “Did you hate us the whole time?” Bran asked his former quasi-brother. That remains to be seen, little lord.

The only one who doesn’t hate Bran aside from his family is Osha, another Stark captive who has remained loyal to the family. And after sleeping with Theon and filling in with this week’s Game of Thrones bare-breast quota, the she-wilding killed a guard with impressive ease and even helped Bran and Hodor escape.

Robb is angry about Theon’s treachery. Basically every good vibe he caught from flirting with the mysterious Lady Talisa is gone. But instead of TCOB(that’s taking care of bloodshed, natch) himself, he sent someone else to claim Winterfell and gather Theon.

While Theon’s change in loyalty is highly questionable, the revolt by the people of King’s Landing made perfect sense. After having feces thrown at his terrible head, Joffrey ordered the murder of whoever lobbed said item at him. This caused the hungry people to rise up and cause chaos, which included tearing off the limb of a Lannister employee. There’s more to Game of thrones than meets the eye so don’t forget to watch Game of Thrones Season 2 online because we’ll be on for the next episode entitled The Prince of Winterfell. He is known for portraying a character that has something to do with being obsessed with illicit sex with prostitutes and the laying of labyrinthine plots and schemes. Watch Game of Thrones Season 2 Episode 8 online this coming May 20, 2012. Yet still, Game of Thrones’ witty blond Tyrion Lannister, played by Peter Dinklage seems more down to earth in earth in real life, as he was spotted enjoying a wholesome family stroll in New York this week. The acclaimed actor looked like he was having a ball as he tried to relish the fresh air with his theatre director wife Erica Schmidt and their little daughter.

Peter, 42, is perhaps the biggest star on the Game of Thrones after he won both an Emmy and a Golden Globe for his portrayal as the sharp-witted Tyrion Lannister. But he had remained unstained by his new found fame, if his totally laid-back ensemble is any guide.

However, he has still managed to look composed and cool as ever in a hooded top, jeans, boots, an adorable beanie cap and sunglasses. For the record, Peter has been married to Erica since 2005, but it was only last year they had their first child together. 

And the star, who still has to reveal the baby’s name, has taken an active role as a dad, and was even spotted carrying her in a sling last February. But he still seemed to enjoy his life taking charge of pram pushing duties all day, while he keeps his hand in his pockets.

The thespian, who also previously starred in movies including Elf and Lassie, also admitted that he was particularly giddy at this year’s Golden Globes because a babysitter was looking after their little girl. And when asked which of the couple was the most worried of all, he just said “I think maybe me. But she’s the one texting because I think I’d be sweating. For the record, dragons were first discovered by the Valyrians, more than 5,000 years ago, and they have mastered the art of raising these skilled creatures, and later on, they used them as weapons. The Doom of Valyria brought this sudden, drastic end to the mighty Valyrian Empire, and after that, the only three dragons that have survived were owned by the Targaryen family on Dragonstone.

Very much like their own ancestors, the Targaryens also used their dragons to conquer the Seven Kingdoms and as a grim result, the family has ruled over Westeros for more than a hundred years. And over the centuries, the dragons then eventually died out too, mostly because of this Targaryen civil war otherwise known as the Dance of the Dragons. And all that remained of these mystical creatures were their petrified, stony eggs, which were highly valued for their exotic beauty and potential to hatch these dragons. Many Targaryens’ just unsuccessfully tried to hatch dragons from the petrified eggshells. Some even went mad in the whole process. Just like the impossible. As we've previously reported, MTV has already optioned a Season 6 of Jersey Shore, so it's highly unlikely that the guido-licious reality show won't return in some form. However, as of a month ago, MTV still hadn't decided if the cast we know would be back. What's the status now?

Recently, Sammi and Deena made an appearance on Live! With Kelly, where Sammi admitted "we haven’t heard anything [about the new season]," hopefully adding, "we would love to [film another one].”

Deena jumped in with even stronger phrasing: "I'm down. I pray we film again. I would love to film. I love filming."

Will Deena's prayers be answered? There's still no word from MTV, but Jersey Shore's recent ratings might give us a clue — and it's not a good sign for Sammi and Deena.

The show's ratings have recently taken a steep plunge. According to TV by the Numbers, two weeks ago the show pulled in 5.6 million viewers and a 3.2 in the coveted 18-49 demo, down from 6.5 million and a 3.9 the week before that. Last week it was down even more, with 5.4 million viewers and a 3.0.

Now, these numbers are still great relative to the competition — Jersey Shore easily beats all other cable shows on Thursdays and still stacks up well against the major broadcast shows. It remains one of the most popular cable shows overall (last week it was topped only by Pawn Starsand American Pickers. Ah, the power of memorabilia). That said, this is a far cry from the days when Jersey routinely got 7+ million viewers per week.

The falling ratings plus teh cast's exponentially increasing salary has to make the idea of starting over with a new group of guidos appealing to the MTV Powers that Be. It would give them a chance to shake up the formula that is clearly starting to get stale, and they could pay the newbies significantly less.

Don't forget to watch The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 9: Triggerfinger online free! It is being reported that Tony Moore (artist for the first 6 issues of The Walking Dead) is suing Robert Kirkman because Moore says that he was “duped” into assigning his interest in the material over to Kirkman, who has since gone on to fame and fortune. Moore, on the other hand, has received very little compensation and has not be able to access profit statements from properties including Walking Dead. The Hollywood reporter attained a copy of the suit and the complaint states that:

“Each of these works was prepared by [Moore] and Kirkman with the intention that their contributions be merged into inseparable or independent parts of a unitary whole,” the complaint states. “[Moore] and Kirkman were thus joint authors and co-owners of the copyrights in these works.”

In response to the accusations from Moore, Robert Kirkman’s attorney Allen Grodzky told The Hollywood Reporter that:

“totally frivolous. Mr. Moore is owed no money at all. And Mr. Moore’s contract has an attorneys’ fees clause in it so we will be going after him to collect attorneys’ fees. We are taking this matter very seriously.”

Kirkman and Moore apparently were childhood friends who frequently collaborated with one another on various projects before Kirkman hit it big with The Walking Dead TV show. And now, Moore is saying that in 2005 Kirkman and his agents devised a scheme to fraudulently induce him to assign his copyright interests over to Kirkman’s company. Moore also claims that he signed a deal granting him 60 percent of “Comic Publishing Net Proceeds” in connection with Walking Dead and another project called Brit; 20 percent of “motion picture net proceeds” in connection with Walking Dead and Brit; and 50 percent of “motion picture net proceeds” from another project called Battle Pope but Moore says that he hasn’t received much revenue or profit statements from Kirkman or his company.

“Indeed, they have not issued a single statement or allowed access to their books and records in accordance with the reporting obligations of the agreement,”

Moore goes on to say that a big tv deal was on the table back in 2005 but “Kirkman would not be able to complete the deal unless [Moore] assigned all of his interest in The Walking Dead and other works to Kirkman.” So, thinking that the deal would fall apart Moore signed all of his aforementioned interest in The Walking Dead over to Kirkman which he says allowed Kirkman to “swindle” him out of his 50% interest in the copyright, intending to never compensate Moore.

Who could ever resist you Caleb? But anyways, watch Pretty Little Liars Season 2 Episode 19: The Naked Truth online when it airs on your favorite website, aside from your wide screen of course.

 The Pretty Little Liars recurring guest star has been upped to series regular, The Hollywood Reporter has learned exclusively. The actor who plays badboy Caleb Rivers on the Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, Troian Bellisario and Shay Mitchell series will officially become a regular during season three, which kicks off in the summer.

Blackburn's Caleb, a fan favorite, was first introduced as a foster child whom Hanna (Benson) sought out for help with hacking into "A's" phone. In the Feb. 13 installment, titled "CTRL:A," Detectives Wilden and Garrett are now circling Caleb on bogus hacking charges and in possession of his computer, wondering what "A" could have planted.

Pretty Little Liars was renewed for a third season in November; its second season finale is set for March. PLL airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC Family.

Emily Fields is the "jock" of the group. A highly competitive swimmer, she is considered the star of Rosewood's swim team. She's sweet, quiet and shy, she is also a lesbian, something that she takes great pains to hide for a long time. She had a few kisses. Although her parents initially struggle with her being gay, they eventually come to accept her for who she is. After Emily's mother moves to Texas for a while to be with her father (who is in the Army, stationed at Fort Hood), Emily goes to live with Hanna. Don’t forget to watch Pretty Little Liars Season 2 Episode 19: The Naked Truth online as soon as the next episode of the television series airs on February 6, 2012.

Of the four girls, Emily was the one who had the closest relationship with Alison, who she was in love with. Although Alison frequently mocks Emily's feelings, she also professes a fondness for Emily, telling Emily that Emily's the only one who understands her and that Emily is her "favorite." Alison appears after Emily passes out from carbon monoxide poisoning, telling Emily that she knows A's identity, but is afraid Emily will be killed if she reveals it. It is unclear if Alison's appearance was a hallucination or reality.

Emily is immediately attracted to her new next door neighbor, Maya, and they begin seeing each other. However, their relationship is broken up by Emily's mother, who disapproves and has Maya sent away when she discovers marijuana in her purse. When Emily returns to the swim team after a short leave of absence, she becomes rivals with Paige, who has taken Emily's place as being the best swimmer. She confronts Paige about Paige's homophobia, only to discover that Paige is gay herself. The two slowly reconcile and begin to date, though Emily breaks up with Paige, not wanting to be her "secret." Emily then starts dating Samara, who she meets through a program for homosexuals, though she is dumped after a misunderstanding caused by A. Shortly after, Maya returns to Rosewood, sparking Emily's hope of renewing their relationship.

A outs Emily to her parents after sending Emily's mother a picture of Emily and Maya kissing. A singles her out as the "weakest link," forcing Emily to make up a lie about getting a college scholarship for swimming and tormenting her emotionally and physically, putting her under enormous pressure which leads to Emily developing a stomach ulcer which is caused by stress. A also secretly dosed Emily with HGH, by putting it in Emily's body cream which she had been using frequently which ends up on her medical record and destroys her chances of being able get a scholarship. In addition, she is sometimes at odds with Spencer when it comes to the issue of A and Alison's killer, something which A uses to their advantage.

Nothing seems to matter when you watch Pretty Little Liars Season 2 Episode 18: A Kiss Before Lying online which will air on January 30, 2012. Something that’s worth the wait, don’t you think? So let’s move on with the previous episode of the show. They say the best and easiest way to just get someone is through the people that they love the most, and A knows this better than anyone else. Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer just have so much to sacrifice in the gloved, yet blood-soaked hands of A, especially when it comes to love. Toby still continued to chase Spencer, all the more knowing that she’s definitely keeping something from him. And with another ‘accident’ which popped up anytime, Spencer was more than desperate to keep her beloved Toby from harm and as you may have noticed, her senses and perception narrowed down to just thinking of ways to keep him safe. Now that’s a girl! And Hanna on the other hand worries about her own relationship, she asked for help from the other girls f they could just quit using Caleb to help them in their search. She figured that the more Caleb gets involved in their fiasco, the bigger he becomes the donkey in A-‘s pin-the-tail game. 

And moving on to the next episode of the show, watch Pretty Little Liars Season 2 Episode 18: A Kiss Before Lying online and see how Hanna starts to feel that she is getting the cold shoulder from her friends, the minute she puts her foot down about Caleb and her best pals. Yet Aria, Emily and Spencer seem to be up to something doubtful, although she can’t seem to figure out what it is. Anyways, what Hanna may think as the cold shoulder, could be really just a case of guilty conscience from the rest of her friends. And if her best pals avoiding her wasn’t at all enough, her evil stepsister’s first day in Rosewood High is definitely looming, as the bitch tries to invade her own personal space as well. Love her, hate her, just don’t forget about her. Watch Pretty Little Liars Season 2 Episode 18: A Kiss Before Lying online free when the very next episode of the television series airs on January 30, 2012. Let’s see about the television series, shall we, and talk about the best of Spencer Hastings.

Spencer Hastings is considered the "preppy" girl of the group; very nerdy. Intelligent and extremely ambitious, she thrives in perfectionism in everything she does, in an attempt to live up to the high expectations of her parents. Spencer's biggest rival is her older sister, Melissa, and the two are constantly at odds. Their relationship is often strained by the fact that Spencer has a habit of crushing on, and later kissing, Melissa's boyfriends (first Ian, then Wren). She is the closest with Aria although she got along with the others as well.

Although they were close friends, Spencer resented Alison, who constantly threatened to reveal to Melissa that Spencer kissed Ian. The two of them often argued, as Spencer was the only one of the girls who was willing to stand up to Alison. On the night of Alison's disappearance, Spencer told Alison that they were done being friends, and that she was tired of being treated like Alison's property. However, it was Spencer who went looking for Alison when she heard Alison scream.

Wren and Spencer have a brief affair, which is cut short when Melissa discovers it and dumps Wren. Spencer later begins a relationship with Alex, a boy who works at Rosewood's exclusive country club, though a misunderstanding leads to Alex dumping her. Although initially suspicious of Toby, believing him to be A and possibly Alison's killer, Spencer begins to bond with Toby after she becomes his French tutor and is also framed by A. The two begin to date, against the wishes of their parents. Soon after, Wren returns to Rosewood as a resident at the local hospital, which causes Spencer great emotional confusion. A later forces Spencer to break up with Toby, after revealing that it is the only way to keep Toby safe.

Previously, the best way to get to someone is through the people they love, and "A" knows this better than anyone. Aria, Emily, Hanna and Spencer have had to sacrifice a lot at the gloved hands of "A", especially when it comes to love. Toby continues to pursue Spencer, knowing that she is keeping something from him. With another "accident" possibly popping up at any minute, Spencer is desperate to keep Toby safe and can think of only way to truly end it. Also worried about her relationship, Hanna begs the other girls to stop using Caleb to help with their search. The more involved Caleb gets, the bigger target he becomes. You really don’t have to exert that much effort when it comes to exuding impressive confidence, just so you know, you just have to throw up, and get skinny. Before Alison’s death. Hanna was this chubby, overweight girl who is the subject of mockery and insult for Alison just because she’s overweight.

It was Alison who encouraged Hanna to become bulimic in order to lose weight, although Hanna admitted that she could not continue with it because it made her feel terrible. However, Hanna is constantly dogged by the issue of her weight and during periods of insecurity, engages in binging. Hanna also shoplifts, as a way to make herself feel better.

Hanna's parents are divorced; she lives with her mother and feels betrayed by her father, who has plans to remarry. Hanna does not get along well with her father's new wife and daughter, the latter with whom she has a rivalry. After experiencing financial hardship, Hanna's mother steals thousands of dollars from the bank she works at, which Hanna accidentally discovers and is forced to keep a secret.

Hanna's best friend is Mona; after Alison's disappearance, the two "transformed" themselves from "losers" to the most popular girls in school. Though Alison was one of Hanna's closest friends, Hanna expresses relief at Alison being dead, having been hurt so often by Alison. At the start of the show, Hanna was dating Sean, who she had crushed on for a long time, however, they break up as Hanna becomes more focused on the mystery surrounding A and Alison's killer. She later becomes close to Rosewood's resident bad boy, Caleb, and they two begin to date, with Hanna subsequently losing her virginity to Caleb. Although Hanna dumps him after she discovers Caleb was working for Jenna, the two later rekindle their relationship. Hanna is also friends with Lucas, who harbors an unrequited crush on her. Isn’t it fabulous how a simple, yet gorgeous clique of four would turn out to be not so nice and full of secrets after all, courtesy of a totally vindictive and nosy antagonist who only identifies himself or herself as A. Watch Pretty Little Liars Season 2 Episode 17: The Blond Leading the Blind online as soon as the very next episode of the show airs on January 23, 2012.

You can see the whole picture, A has everything else, resources you mean, about how he or she wanted to only have the best victory ever. Yet despite of that, A has been known to act as a more ambiguous character, especially when he or she saved Spencer from being attacked by Ian, or when A supplied the Liars with some snippets about Alison’s death and killer. Then there’s Dr. Sullivan, who serves as the girls’ therapist, who was able to take a look at A’s identity when A became one of her clients for a short time. This one’s unclear, but A actually knows about Alison‘s death. 'A' was in possession of a video Ian had filmed of himself and Alison engaged in an affair and also provided the girls with Alison's autopsy report even though she/he took out a specific page leaving the girls wondering what information was on it.

The girls have suspected a few people of being 'A': Toby (who was framed by 'A'), Ian (who was killed by 'A'), Jason (Alison's older brother), and Jenna. At first the girls believed 'A' and Alison's killer were the same person, but later concluded this was untrue. It was also revealed in a prequel episode of the Halloween before Alison went missing that Alison was also being tormented by a person who called themselves "A" as well, however it is unknown if the two A's are the same person. There’s more to A than meets the eye so don’t forget to watch Pretty Little Liars Season 2 Episode 17: The Blond Leading the Blind.

Vindictive, blonde, beautiful. That may describe the little ninny that is Alison DiLaurentis of Pretty Little Liars. Whatever will it take to make you content with what the television series could bring? Tune in and watch Pretty Little Liars Season 2 Episode 16: Let the Water Hold Me Down online when it airs on your small screens on January 16, 2012. It’s worth the wait fellas, so better stick on with it. Let’s discuss what Alison DiLaurentis has in store for us this time around.

Alison was this former queen bee, not just of her clique, but of all of Rosewood High. She leads her group of friends, made up of Aria Montgomery, Emily Fields, Hanna Marin, and Spencer Hastings.  She died one time, and a year after that, the surviving girls began to receive threatening text messages from a person named A, and at first, they believed that Alison is alive and is just playing a hoax on them.

It is revealed through flashbacks and clues sent by "A" that numerous people in Rosewood would have had motive to kill her. Alison was aware of all of the girls' deepest secrets: Spencer kissing Ian (her sister, Melissa's, boyfriend at the time), Aria's dad's affair with a student, Hanna's bulimia, and Emily's homosexuality (and her crush on Alison herself). Alison was also responsible for blinding Jenna, by setting off a fire cracker in Toby's shed with the girls with her; Alison blackmailed Toby into taking the blame by threatening to reveal that Toby and Jenna were engaged in an sexual affair (though it's later revealed that Jenna was blackmailing Toby into sleeping with her). Before her death, Alison had also been secretly dating Ian and being stalked by an unknown person who threatened to torture Alison the way she tortured everyone in Rosewood.

For the next episode of the television series, with Lucas still missing and queries still surrounding what happened out on the lake, Hanna can just barely get a grip of things that’s happening. With Caleb determined to find his friend, Hanna's reluctance to help only causes more problems. Can Hanna really tell Caleb what happened in the boat without tipping him off to her larger "A" problem? And if she did tell him, would he be willing to stick around after hearing all the horrible things Hanna has done? Meanwhile, Spencer follows a lead about "A" which guides her to an unexpected place and revelation.

The episode opened with our favorite quartet donning orange jumpers — and not the kind you pair with a bone-colored wedge. Their only accessories? Trash-picking tools. Who would want to miss the next episode? So watch Pretty Little Liars Season 2 Episode 15 online when the next episode of the show airs on January 9, 2012.

The girls were on community service for obstructing justice and you got the sense that they weren’t happy about it. In fact, they were downright rotten — mostly to Emily. But we later found out it was all part of a greater plan to fool “A” into thinking they were at odds, with the goal of getting the mysterious troublemaker to lure Emily, the one who appeared most vulnerable, away from her friends.

As I watched this episode, I felt — more than I ever had before — like I was watching a game of some sort; pick your sporty poison. It was the Girls vs. “A.” Every maneuver, every well-calculated play, earned a hoot and holler from me, in anticipation of impending victory for the Liars. (Thank GOD I was watching this alone or my over-reactions would have become embarrassing very fast.) After all, I knew that this season would yield a big development. So, naturally, this season opener had to set them on the path, I figured. And it did.

By the end of the episode, “A” had been fooled and tried to befriend Emily and steal her from the group (just as they had intended), but then Emily (rather prematurely) revealed their plan to “A,” and “A” was enraged. Luckily, the girls came to the rescue before “A” could do some real damage with that rake. And by episode’s end, “A” had it rough — he/she was hit by a car (BIG cheer there) and had lost his/her cell phone. But if end-of-episode tantrums are any indication, “A” will be out for blood next week.

While all this was going on, the other plots left hanging in the wind at the end of the last episode saw some development. Ezra and Aria finally came clean about their relationship in a completely awkward confession, Emily found herself unable to join back up with the swim team as a result of her new criminal record, Hanna’s dad decided to move back to town (woo?), and Caleb returned from Cali but it’s a not-so-welcomed homecoming from Lucas, who, I might add, continues to be my No. 1 suspect.

The United States has long been the go-to nation for visiting and/or invading extraterrestrials, but globalization has started to change that. The Thing (1982) brought aliens to Antarctica, albeit to a U.S. research base. In 2009 South Africa became the unlikely location of a landing (hovering, actually) in Neill Blomkamp’s District 9. And this year, South London was overrun by nasty off-world creatures in Attack the Block.

Now it’s Russia’s turn. As if the political turmoil in the former Communist republic wasn’t bad enough, Christmas Day sees the release of The Darkest Hour. In 3D! Because nothing says happy holidays like an alien assault.

Trailers for The Darkest Hour show a number of Russian cops getting disintegrated by the invisible invaders. (You have to wonder about the advisability of poking a potentially belligerent otherworldly force with a nightstick.)

Fortunately, a quartet of American college kids (or the world’s oldest teenagers), played by Emile Hirsch, Max Minghella, Olivia Thirlby and Rachel Taylor, are vacationing in the Russian capital and can sort things out. It’s OK, officers; these kids have seen both the Men in Black films, and the trailer for Men in Black 3.

They’re clearly a bright bunch. “They came here with a plan,” says Hirsch, and the trailer helpfully spells it out on the screen for us

Phase one: Seize the planet. Phase two: Devour all energy. Phase three: Destroy all life. I’d argue that phase three is actually a (ital) waste (unital) of energy, but what do I know? Hostile movie aliens always seem to enjoy blowing off a little steam by razing buildings, and Moscow has some fine old architecture that’s just begging to be leveled.)

“We’re gonna fight the hell back,” Hirsch says, which is their cue to put together some nifty-looking energy weapons, complete with matching power-pack backpacks. I dare say these youngsters have also seen Ghostbusters.
